Preparation info:

For fresh leaves, use about one cup of leaves for every two cups of water. For dried leaves, use about one teaspoon per cup of water. Bring the water to a boil, add the nettle leaves, and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Longer steeping will result in a stronger flavor. Strain the leaves and enjoy the tea, adding sweeteners like date syrup or agave if desired
