Burdock root may offer benefits such as supporting skin health by acting as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, promoting digestion with its high fiber content, and aiding in blood sugar management.

Take 1-2 capsules morning evening with or without for food.

Cloves have numerous health benefits, including being a powerful source of antioxidants and possessing anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and digestive-supporting properties. They can help fight infections, reduce inflammation, aid digestion by reducing gas and bloating, and support oral health by fighting bacteria that cause bad breath and gum problems. The high antioxidant content also protects cells from damage, may help lower blood sugar, and contributes to bone health and immune function.

To make clove tea, you need to simmer whole cloves in water to extract their essential oils and flavor, then strain the mixture.

Classic Clove Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh, filtered water

4-5 whole cloves

Optional: date syrup or a key lime slice for flavor

Equipment:

Small saucepan

Strainer or tea infuser

Mug

Instructions:

Bring water to a boil: Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and bring it to a rolling boil over medium heat.

Add cloves: Add the whole cloves to the boiling water (crushing them slightly beforehand can release more flavor). Avoid using ground cloves, as they can make the tea cloudy and bitter.

Simmer and steep: Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture gently simmer for 5–10 minutes. This allows the flavor to infuse into the water. Cover the saucepan while steeping to preserve the aromatic oils.

Strain: Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the liquid into your mug to remove the cloves.

Optional:Serve: Add date or a slice of key limes to taste, if desired. Enjoy your warm clove tea.

Raspberry leaf tea may offer benefits for women's reproductive health, including easing menstrual cramps and, during the third trimester of pregnancy, potentially preparing the body for labor. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which may also support the immune system and overall health, but more research is needed to confirm some of these effects. It is crucial to consult a doctor before using raspberry leaf tea, especially during pregnancy.

Instructions how to prepare

Boil the appropriate amount of water in a kettle or pot.(1 tbsp to 8oz  water)

Add the raspberry leaves (loose or in a tea bag/infuser) to a mug or jar.

Pour the boiling water over the leaves.

Steep for at least 5 to 10 minutes, or longer for a stronger tea (up to 15 minutes or an hour for maximum benefits).

Strain the leaves if using loose leaf tea, then enjoy.
